A tourguide organization in the center of Malaga. The company has been established for quite a few years and has a lot of experience in supervising students. There is a young and enthusiastic group of employees who make hard work a party. The working language varies from English, Spanish to Dutch and the customers come from all over the world. The work
You perform all-round hospitality activities. This means that you will be in frequent contact with customers and provide customer service. Among other things, you are jointly responsible for the opening and the order and cleanliness of the store. You will also play a role in maintaining social media, updating the website and generating content. Every day, content is posted online ranging from photos, videos to blogs. If you develop well, you will be used as a guide to show groups of tourists around the city. Depending on the size and length of the tour, you will then have to delve into the history of the city.
The criteria
You follow an MBO or HBO education in the direction of tourism, leisure, events and sports. In addition, you like to do constantly changing activities and like to roll up your sleeves. You speak good English and if you speak another foreign language, that is certainly an advantage. Being in constant conversation with customers is no problem for you and does everything to give customers a satisfied feeling.
