An enthusiastic real estate agent based in cozy and touristy Nerja has a Junior Account Manager internship for you! The clients of this office are often looking for a second home in the immediate vicinity of Nerja or the Costa del Sol. Because of the nice life and the beautiful weather, this is in great demand. There is a lot of competition in this market and relationship management is therefore essential. It often concerns luxury properties and many homes are also rented out. It is a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the real estate industry and not just anywhere, but in southern Spain. In this special market with many players, you can learn a lot.
The work
You will update the CRM system and perform various marketing activities, such as keeping the website and social media channels up to date. This means that you think along about content, marketing campaigns and how the company can best profile itself. You will conduct research into the developments in the market, speak to customers (by telephone) and carry out relationship management. As part of the team you can think along about operational challenges. You will also play a role in the rental of homes and key handover.
The criteria
You follow an MBO or HBO education in the direction of international business, account management or marketing / sales. In addition, you have affinity with the real estate industry and speak good English. Are you communicative, honest and like to be in contact with customers?
