A company in Málaga consisting of an enthusiastic team of employees of different nationalities is looking for an intern sales employee. The team helps other companies increase business sales and customer acquisition by applying advanced telemarketing techniques. This company excels at converting potential leads into paying customers.

The work
You are mainly involved in doing sales conversations with ‘cold customers’, who at that time have nothing to do with the company in question. It’s up to you to get them excited about a particular supplier. For every sale you make you get a fee, to motivate you to make as many sales as possible.
Together with the other employees you discuss the techniques that you can best apply. In addition, you will conduct research into how the effectiveness of the company can increase and you will be able to transfer your experience to new employees. Also, if you want, you will get more responsibility in the sales process. Think of account management and leadership.
The criteria
You follow an MBO or HBO education in the direction of international business, marketing or sales. You are strong in communication and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. In addition, you like to be in contact with potential customers, you are good at convincing, enthusiastic and you dare to take on the challenge. You have a good command of the languages English and Dutch.
